The New Click Boarding

New website, check. New branding, check. New product, check! Excited? Yes!  Exhausted? More like exhilarated that we’ve launched!

We simplified our website, our company’s brand identity, and most importantly our solution, even further. You see, HR is not alone in needing things simplified. As a fulltime working mom, I live by the KISS principle to survive. As a new hire onboarding solution, Click Boarding lives by the KISS principle to win. We believe to win we need to have the easiest onboarding to deliver the best experience for new hires, so we’ve built our solution to be the easiest to use.

For those of you who may not be familiar with the KISS principle I reference above, Wikipedia defines it well: “KISS is an acronym for ‘Keep it simple, stupid’ as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960.  The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore, simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.”

Yes, Click Boarding helps HR to easily manage forms, complete tasks, and help get new hires engaged and prepared for their first day on the job.  But we take easy much farther. With Click Boarding, we’ve made every instance easy, starting with the first time clients engage with us and every time they use the solution.  We’ve built it so anyone can be comfortable using our solution from the very first time. And just wait until you see how we help HR manage tasks so much easier, our newest enhancement.

You know what’s funny? Building easy is tough! We had to restrain ourselves when we rebuilt our website, redesigned our brand identity, and most importantly when we enhanced our solution. We had to strictly abide by the KISS principle to make it all so easy. We had to design it so as not to confuse or distract the new hire from their onboarding journey in which they must navigate, review, fill out, sign, consume, communicate, engage in and quickly move on to their first day on the job – acclimated, excited, and ready to go.

How about you check out our new product video to see just how easy Click Boarding is and has newly become. And, it’s easy to watch.
