Click CEO Talks Retention With the Silicon Review
Click Boarding is excited to be featured as one of the “30 Fastest Growing Private Companies to Watch 2021” by The Silicon Review, the world’s most trusted online and print community for business and technology professionals! Click’s CEO Curtis Marks was interviewed about the inception of Click Boarding and the ROI that a good onboarding experience provides for companies.
How Click Boarding Began
When Click came onto the scene in 2016, onboarding was a mess of phone calls and emails from various companies trying to track down information from candidates. The process was confusing and disjointed, and new employees were left to navigate most of it on their own. “We knew onboarding was ours to improve. By organizing the flow of information to new employees once they were offered the job, we could transform and dramatically improve the process of onboarding,” Marks said.
Staying ahead of the digital transformation curve
Long before the the pandemic would force everyone to migrate online, our mobile-friendly software appealed to candidates who needed guidance and communication during what is often an overwhelming experience. As the world quickly and dramatically shifted overnight in the early part of 2020, Click doubled down on providing a digital process that made onboarding, offboarding and everything in between a much better experience.
The relationship between employee engagement & employee retention
Employee engagement has always been at the core of our DNA. Every aspect of the Click Boarding platform lends itself to increasing employee engagement and improving employee retention.
Earlier this year, we strengthened our focus on the return on investment that employee engagement brings to an organization through retention, launching ClickRetain in the spring. ClickRetain is the latest solution from Click to combat the rising rate of churn.
A light at the end of the tunnel
As the war on talent escalates and post-pandemic turnover starts, employee retention has never been more important. “We engineered ClickRetain to significantly reduce the risk of employee turnover. ClickRetain’s employee assessments enable organizations to more effectively understand how new hires perceive their position and their environment. This purview allows management to take action and help retain the individual before they decide to leave,” Marks explained.
