Background

For six years, Click Boarding’s entire growth strategy was led entirely by Christine Marino. While we had seen great success in both partner and client acquisitions, we knew it was time the two operated independently. With individual leadership and focus in each area, we’ll continue to grow and invest for the success of all of our clients. With that, Christine will lead the charge as Click’s new Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSO).

Christine brings a unique heartbeat to her role as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. Leveraging more than 25 years of HR industry experience and thought leadership, Christine will optimize our partner network to give it the attention it deserves in today’s technology-led working environment. With this shift, Click is better equipped to support HR – in general and holistically – across the organizational ecosystem. Balancing multiple expansion models, her philosophy is simple but profoundly customer-centric: “Always focus on the needs and necessity of the customer; there is simply no other way to operate. When you invest your energy and focus purely on who you are serving, it forces everything to align.”

Christine was one of the original employees of Click Boarding. Before Click, she held roles at various HR tech organizations, including First Advantage, Verifications, Inc, ADP and Ceridian. On the personal front, Christine bounces back and forth between Minnesota and Florida with her husband. She loves spending time with her family, cooking and she’s an avid Horse lover!
