Background

Mike Ehrle was appointed as Click Boarding’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Fall of 2021. Since that time, Mike has propelled Click Boarding forward, gaining expertise capitalizing on market opportunities, developing strategic positioning for revenue growth and driving inclusive, productive team collaboration and dynamics.

Prior to joining Click Boarding, Ehrle served as the Practice Leader of Alight Benefits Guidance, a division of Alight Solutions, following his role as SVP of Strategic Partnerships and SVP of Sales at Hodges-Mace, LLC. Over Ehrle’s near seven-year tenure at these progressive organizations, he oversaw significant national growth with the near doubling of revenue across the guidance space in the last year alone.

Mike’s flexible, pragmatic and modern approach to enterprise-level problem solving resonates powerfully among his professional peers and clients. Mike’s bias for action positions him as a top contender for winning new clients but also ensuring the job is done as well and efficiently as possible, without sacrificing quality.

In 1998, Mike graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and went on to receive an MBA in Finance from Notre Dame in 2007. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and children.
