Our Avivo Partnership
Click Boarding is proud to partner with Avivo, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to employment, housing, and recovery. Through ongoing support and engagement, Click Boarding contributes to Avivo’s mission by providing essential resources and participating in initiatives that empower individuals on their path to stability and meaningful employment.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
We understand the importance of DEIB, and we’ve created a strategic initiative to introduce tangible, actionable plans to prioritize this cause internally at Click. This includes across hiring practices, employee engagement and partner/vendor relationships. Our task force is on a mission to:
- Educate Click about DEIB through resource sharing and community building
- Bring awareness to our goal to make DEIB a priority at Click Boarding
- Provide tangible actions and come together to rally for change
